Please call on us to help you in any and every way. We will do our utmost to help you to the fullest extent possible. Thank you for your business, your friendship, and your trust.
What to look for
It's critical that you inspect your roof every spring and fall. A good time to do this is when you're having your gutters cleaned.
Look for missing, damaged or curling shingles and any other signs of wear and tear. It's easy and inexpensive to replace one or two shingles, or to hire us to do it for you.
Check for signs of fungus or algae. Inspect metal areas for rust..
Look for squirrel or raccoon damage, are there any tree limbs or branches on or rubbing your roof?
Examine the flashing to make sure it's solid. If not, remove all of the old caulk and scrub the area clean before resealing. Replace flashings if necessary.
Replace any cracked mortar or caulking around joints and chimneys, if it appears to be deteriorating.
If you see any signs of leaking, like dark spots on the ceiling, or mold or dampness in your attic, take action immediately. Roof leaks get worse, not better, and it's better to spend a few dollars on roof maintenance now rather than a lot on a big repair later.

Clean Gutters and Avoid Major Home Repairs
IF YOU THINK - a few leaves and twigs in your gutter are harmless, think again. Clean gutters are the single most important key to avoiding major and expensive home repairs.
LEAKING BASEMENTS - Clogged gutters are the number one cause of basement water problems.
CRACKED FOUNDATIONS - Excess water against the foundation wall can weaken the footing and lead to cracks.
ROTTEN WOOD - Water backing up from clogged gutters will cause moisture damage to the wood fascia around the house.
We can help
Roof maintenance is often ignored, but small problems with a roof can lead to some of the most costly home repairs around. Don't wait until a major problem happens, inspect and do necessary repairs before they become major roof replacement problems. Removing an old or damaged roof and replacing it with a new one is very expensive.
We replace damaged or missing shingles, repair or replace damaged or leaking flashings, point and cap chimneys, install gutter guards, clean gutters, install new gutters, repair slate roofs, repair or replace your garage roof, install ice and water backup.
We repair storm damage and remove fallen tree limbs.
Call us for any roof related problem.
LEAKING ROOFS - In winter, ice-dams can form on top of clogged gutters. Then snow builds up across the top of the gutter and freezes. During the next thaw, water running off the roof is blocked by the frozen snow and backs up into the house.
